I am pretty traditional in my filmmaking. The longer I make films the stronger is my belief in ‘the golden triangle’ – the story, the hero, the message. I have witnessed a number of trends, schools, new technologies and a lot of enthusiasm about the unbearable lightness of filming.

I haven’t seen so many good films, which tell exciting stories and deliver important messages in a visually attractive way. No story, no film – that is my credo. This goes for feature as well as documentary films.
